As a therapist specializing in issues related to pregnancy, parenthood, and parenting, my highest goal is to offer a safe space where clients can unpack personal situations, explore their thoughts and feelings, and feel supported, seen, and heard.
Experiencing struggle related to pregnancy, parenting, or early parenthood can feel overwhelming. When you are ready to start a family and barriers arise, it can feel devastating. This can be exacerbated by cultural messages, family messages, or simply not enough support.
Thankfully, help is available. Whether with me in private sessions or through group work, agencies, centers, or online support groups, help can be found.
I am an experienced, licensed therapist who has been working with mothers and families for over 15 years. My approach is holistic, integrative, and evidenced-based. I believe supporting women with all aspects of becoming or being a mother is everyone’s job - our culture’s job.

We can schedule a time to chat on the phone to determine if we could be a good fit for working together. I offer a 15-minute complimentary phone call to new clients. On this call, I can answer any questions you may have, you can tell me what you are looking for, and you can also get a feel for the my communication style. Please note, this is not a therapy session, and since I will not have yet completed an intake session with you, I will not be able to give any diagnosis or advice.
If you want to move forward with beginning work together, we will schedule an intake session.
After we schedule the intake session, I will send you intake paperwork to be completed before our first appointment and ask for a form of payment to keep on file. Then, I will send you the tele-health link where we will meet.
Before we meet, make sure you have a private, comfortable space with good internet signal to be during our session.
During our intake session, I will gather background info, and we will discuss what you are hoping to get out of therapy.
From there, we will discuss goals for therapy and decide how often we will meet
Please note: all sessions take place via secure video conferencing (telehealth)
Pricing and Insurance Information
Rates: $250 for a 55 minute session
Insurance information: I am out-of-network with insurance companies. This means I do not accept insurance, but I can give you superbills, which you can submit to your insurance company, and they will reimburse you in the amount of your “out-of-network mental health benefits.”
I highly recommend calling your insurance company and asking, “what are my out-of-network mental health benefits?” Each plan is different, in terms of how much they reimburse, but most plans do cover at least some amount for therapy.
