Parenting isn’t meant to be done alone. It’s meant to be done together — within a village, a tribe, and a supportive community.
My Six Week Parent Coaching Program is designed to give you the support that many of us don’t have.
In a small group setting, we’ll learn about the most progressive ways to address child development, bumps, emotional intelligence, problem behavior, and parent-child relationships — and increase trust, connection, and functionality between family members.
You’ll learn specific tools and techniques you can apply to your family situation as we address big problems and everyday issues. You’ll learn how to reduce toxic stress in your home, nurture your unique child, and your child to feel more confident and secure.
You’ll also learn how to bring more ease and joy into your home.
My Group Parent Coaching Program consists of:
Six weeks of interactive education and support in small group dynamic (max.12)
Weekly hour-long video calls that consist of 15 minutes of presentation and 45 minutes of live Q&A focusing on what’s happening in your and other member’s homes and how to specifically apply this information
Weekly 30-minute “hang out” groups, online, where parents can ask questions and flesh out how to integrate this new information into current, real-life, happening-now situations
A Private Facebook Group, where you can: 1. Get to know other parents in the group; 2. Post questions and receive answers and feedback from me and other group members quickly; and 3. Learn from the other parent’s Qs, As, and experiences
Two 30-minute consults with me: One in the beginning, where we will identify your biggest struggle areas and goals; and another mid-way through the program, to check in and give you personalized support
A discounted rate on private sessions with me for the duration of the program and for one year after — to support your progress, help you to go deeper if needed, and to help you with any problems or new situations that may come up
Three major benefits you’ll receive through joining this program are:
Community. Here you will find emotional and logistical support. You’ll have the opportunity to share what you’re going through in a safe, supportive, nonjudgemental space, and you’ll receive feedback throughout the week as you try and integrate the new info and approaches we’re discussing. You’ll hear what other parents are going through, how they are dealing with it, what’s working, and what is not.
Evidence-Based Information. Current, up-to-date material that helps you support your children and help them develop in ways that are healthy and optimal - for their brains, emotional bodies, social skills, self-esteem, and overall physiology (yes, the way you parent truly impacts ALL realms).
Concrete tools you can use to address problems on-the-spot, so you know exactly what to do when the dreaded moments arise. You’ll learn tools that are non-shaming, non-violent, and non-harming, — and designed to help you help your children so they can learn, feel supported, develop skills, and ultimately act in ways that are fair, constructive, and kind. The tools we cover are designed to help you address problems and increase feelings of connectedness, hope, and support.

Each session will focus on a different topic so we can use our time most efficiently and keep our focus on what’s troubling you — and find solutions! We’ll also make sure you have plenty of time to process, question, practice, understand, and implement. And then discuss, tweak, practice, discuss some more, practice and experiment some more, and… integrate.

Advanced Group Coaching Program - Parent Mastermind
This program is for those who have completed a 6-week coaching program with me and want deeper and continued support as they practice learnings from the 6-week course and integrate these principles into their lives. This group can answer your real-time questions as they arise, help you address reoccurring frustrations and stubborn patterns, and hold space for you as you show up authentically - for yourself, your family, and for your children.
The focus here is on helping parents to parent in the ways that they want to, as opposed to parenting based on default patterns or reactive emotional states. In a safe and nonjudgemental setting, we’ll help each other change things that aren’t working and create new, healthier norms.

What are clients saying?
I absolutely recommend working with Sarah. She has provided me with so many tools and ideas that have helped make me a better parent. My kids are happier, my husband and I are happier and we also don't feel as stressed all the time. She is able to give you ideas on different ways to handle situations, and also dive into the reasons certain situations have come up in the first place. She really gets to the bottom of any issue and gives you tools to handle it early on. I loved that she was always positive and supportive. She never made me feel like I was doing something wrong, but always gently suggested alternative ways of handing situations. She was able to open my mind to different ways of parenting that have been very beneficial to our family.
